Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups All-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons Yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar or honey optional

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients until a shaggy dough forms.
  • Cover and let rise at room temperature for 8-12 hours.
  • Scoop the dough onto a floured surface and shape it.
  • Place in a greased pan and let rise for another 1-2 hours.
  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30-40 minutes.

Notes

This bread is great for sandwiches and toast!
