Mix all ingredients until a shaggy dough forms.
Cover and let rise at room temperature for 8-12 hours.
Scoop the dough onto a floured surface and shape it.
Place in a greased pan and let rise for another 1-2 hours.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30-40 minutes.
