Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Active sourdough starter
  • 1 cup Water
  • 3 cups Bread flour
  • 1.5 teaspoons Salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix starter, flour, water, and salt in a bowl until combined.
  • Knead until smooth and elastic.
  • Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 8-12 hours.
  • Punch down the dough, shape it, and place in a greased loaf pan.
  • Let it rise for another 1-2 hours.
  • Bake at 350°F (190°C) for 30-40 minutes.

Notes

Let the bread cool completely before slicing for best results.
