Instructions
Mix starter, flour, water, and salt in a bowl until combined.
Knead until smooth and elastic.
Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 8-12 hours.
Punch down the dough, shape it, and place in a greased loaf pan.
Let it rise for another 1-2 hours.
Bake at 350°F (190°C) for 30-40 minutes.
